About the role
We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Experience Representative to join our EU Customer Experience team in Germany. The role combines high‑quality support with outbound engagement and sales assistance, helping to drive retention and business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide responsive, professional support via phone, email and digital channels, handling queries about orders, products and accounts.
- Resolve issues promptly and ensure excellent service recovery.
- Conduct outbound calls and campaigns to support onboarding, retention and re‑engagement activities.
- Assist Country Managers with follow‑ups, pricing comparisons, product matching and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and track customer interactions.
- Gather feedback, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and act as the voice of the customer across the business.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service or customer experience roles.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions simultaneously.
- Fluent in German and English.
Required skills
- HubSpot (or similar CRM tool).
- Microsoft Office suite.
