Education Product Manager – Multilingual (Russian, English, German)

About the role

Negentrix is seeking an experienced Education Product Manager to own a portfolio of professional training programs and create new learning concepts for the DACH region. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our courses stay relevant, competitive, and aligned with labor‑market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple educational products, from concept and MVP to launch and continuous improvement.
• Analyze learner feedback, performance metrics and market trends to keep programs competitive.
• Create and prioritize product backlogs, coordinate updates, and oversee program releases.
• Develop synchronous, asynchronous and AI‑powered learning formats.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer on product economics and efficiency.
• Research and validate new program ideas for migrants entering German and European labor markets.
• Design MVP learning programs, estimate resources, timelines and costs, and refine them based on test results.
• Plan instructional design team workload, set priorities and ensure delivery.
• Coordinate instructional designers, subject‑matter experts and instructors, and maintain program documentation.
• Support onboarding of new instructors and work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT and certification teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in EdTech, L&D, learning product management or curriculum development.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Proven track record of managing multiple educational products end‑to‑end.
• Hands‑on experience creating and validating educational programs and hypotheses.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning outcomes and competency frameworks.
• Experience building product backlogs and planning resources and timelines.
