Founder Associate – Business Operations

About the role

As a Founder Associate you will work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff to shape and execute initiatives that drive Prior Labs’ growth. You will own business functions across growth, sales enablement, operations and people ops, building AI‑first systems that automate manual work.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve the inbound lead pipeline, including qualification, scoring, routing and reporting.
• Automate sales enablement assets such as call briefs, decks, case studies and keep proof‑of‑concepts on track.
• Identify recurring internal workflows and build AI‑driven automations across HRIS, CRM, Notion and Slack.
• Support expansion by setting up new offices, managing onboarding and streamlining hiring logistics.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in consulting, venture capital, start‑ups or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Resourceful, high‑agency mindset with a track record of shipping functional tools quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, structured and reliable ownership of tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Experience building automations, agents or internal tools that are used by teams.
• Familiarity with AI‑first workflows and modern productivity platforms (e.g., CRM, Notion, Slack).
