Growth Marketing Intern

About the role

As a Growth Marketing Intern at Consultport you will support the development and execution of cross‑channel marketing initiatives that drive organic traffic, lead generation and brand visibility for a global consulting platform. You will gain hands‑on experience in SEO, performance advertising, social media and analytics while working closely with senior marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cross‑channel marketing strategies to increase organic traffic and qualified leads.
• Create executive‑level reports and optimise content for search engines using tools such as SEMrush.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Develop organic and paid social media content strategies aimed at senior executives.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics with Looker Studio and Google Analytics, providing actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Top 25 % of class and must complete a mandatory internship.
• Fluent in English; German or French highly desired.
• Strong passion for marketing, brand building and taking ownership of projects.
