GTM Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for the first dedicated analyst to own the go‑to‑market (GTM) motion at n8n. You will sit within the data team, embedded with RevOps and Sales, and be the key person turning raw sales data into actionable insights that drive forecasting, prioritisation and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline analytics, covering stage conversion, velocity, coverage and slippage.
• Support RevOps on forecasting by providing analysis, accuracy tracking and explanations of forecast numbers.
• Conduct win/loss analysis that goes beyond price and timing to generate actionable recommendations.
• Connect product‑led growth to sales by building account and lead scoring models using product usage and firmographic signals.
• Refine PQL and MQL definitions to ensure sales reps receive high‑quality leads.
• Model territories, quota and capacity for annual planning and make trade‑offs visible.
• Segment the customer base to identify which accounts, motions and segments generate revenue.

Required profile

• Experience with pipeline analytics, sales forecasting and win/loss analysis.
• Proven ability to work closely with RevOps, Sales and Product teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on turning data into strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with product‑led growth metrics and lead scoring methodologies.
• Comfort presenting and defending data‑driven insights to leadership.
