Health & Safety Specialist (PRL) – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Health & Safety Specialist with expertise in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) to join a leading engineering and construction firm in Germany. The role starts on a project in Iven and will evolve into a long‑term position at the company’s operational centre in Cologne, offering international exposure and career development.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out health and safety inspections before the energisation of electrical lines and related infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations and site safety standards.
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to maintain safe working environments.
• Support on‑site safety procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in project‑based assignments across Germany as required.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) covering all three specialisations.
• 2–3 years of experience in Health & Safety or PRL roles, preferably within construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and regulations.
• High proficiency in German.
• Willingness to relocate to Germany.
