HR Generalist (m/f/x) – Support Employees & Managers

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist (m/f/x) to join our international HR team. In this position you will be the first point of contact for employees, specialists and managers across several European locations, handling the full employee lifecycle and supporting HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist specialists and managers with all personnel matters from hiring to termination.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for selected roles, including job posting, interviewing and extending offers.
• Perform HR administration tasks such as contract creation, maintaining master data, issuing certificates and general paperwork.
• Provide accurate HR data for payroll preparation and ensure high data quality.
• Support HR activities at our European sites and coordinate cross‑border issues.
• Participate in HR projects such as process optimisation, system adjustments and cross‑location initiatives.
• Step in for senior HR colleagues and take over their responsibilities when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity.
• Hands‑on, structured approach with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in an international environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, sharing information transparently.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with common HR information systems and payroll data preparation.
