Industrialisation Engineer

About the role

As an Industrialisation Engineer you will support the maintenance, MRO and technical implementation activities for military transport aircraft, such as the A400M, within an aviation environment. You will help translate maintenance and change documentation into practical measures that can be applied during ongoing flight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the industrialisation of technical measures derived from maintenance and change documentation.
• Analyse technical documentation and drawings to define implementation and introduction actions.
• Coordinate technical topics with engineering, maintenance, quality and production departments.
• Introduce measures into existing processes while ensuring technical conformity and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the optimisation of workflows, processes and technical standards in MRO environments.
• Assist in fault analysis, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Initial professional experience in maintenance, MRO, production or technical implementation in the aviation sector, preferably with exposure to military programmes (e.g., A400M).
• Strong ability to read, understand and assess technical drawings and documentation.
• Exposure to technical changes, modifications or maintenance activities.
• Experience in continued airworthiness or CAMO environments is a plus.
• Structured, communicative and solution‑oriented working style.
• Good English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
