Leader PMO and Training Quality

About the role

The Leader PMO and Training Quality is a dual‑function position that strengthens Grohe’s global quality organization. Based in Düsseldorf, you will drive workforce development, ensure high‑quality training, and oversee the governance of key improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve a skill matrix to identify capability gaps across the quality team.
• Create, update and manage training materials aligned with LIXIL processes and quality standards.
• Lead engaging training sessions and act as a subject‑matter expert for core quality methodologies.
• Support quality leadership in strategic planning, road‑mapping and executive communication.
• Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and process optimisations.
• Lead multiple improvement projects, ensuring delivery against ambitious quality targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 8 semesters) in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management or a related analytical field.
• At least 7 years of experience in quality, project management or global manufacturing training.
• Preferred certifications such as PMP, PgMP or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer/Manager.
• Strong independence, self‑direction and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel).
• Experience using ERP systems and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Familiarity with Stage‑Gate processes.
• Competence in Office and Google applications.
