Main Missions

• Optimize and support CNC machining and manufacturing processes to ensure peak performance.
• Improve machine setups, tooling, and production workflows to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to bridge the gap between design and manufacturing.
• Play a key role in scaling the factory environment as the company grows rapidly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production challenges on a daily basis.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance production output and precision.

• Proven experience in CNC machining and high-precision manufacturing environments.
• A hands-on mindset with a passion for practical problem-solving on the shop floor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
• Strong analytical skills to drive process improvements and quality control.
