Multilingual Customer Care Representative – German & French

About the role

Join Qwello’s international team to provide top‑tier support for e‑mobility customers across Germany. As a Multilingual Customer Care Representative you will be the first point of contact, ensuring users feel heard and assisted 24/7 via phone and written channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to written inquiries about charging stations and the mobile app.
• Collaborate with the broader customer care team and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify recurring problems and propose process improvements.
• Provide on‑call support during weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving, de‑escalation and empathy skills.
• Native German speaker with fluent French; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with customer service platforms and tools (specific tools not listed).
