Private Banking Market Head - France

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Market Head to lead Private Banking in France. The role carries full P&L responsibility, sets market strategy, and represents the company with senior stakeholders and high‑net‑worth clients. The focus is on driving performance of Private Banking Managers rather than managing a personal client book.

Key responsibilities

• Own aggregate net new money and assets under management growth against annual targets.
• Support wider EEA expansion by sharing playbooks, coverage models and lessons learned.
• Build and lead a team of Private Banking Managers, overseeing performance and client coverage.
• Define the roadmap for coverage expansion and convert early‑stage pipeline into tracked performance metrics.
• Rebalance client portfolio assignments across teams based on coverage rights, regulatory scope and language coverage.
• Use frontline conversion data and market insight to continuously refine lead allocation and routing logic.
• Partner closely with Compliance and Risk to manage local regulatory requirements and suitability standards.
• Run transparent lead‑assignment governance, including exception tracking and resolution of cross‑team conflicts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior experience in private banking, wealth management or institutional client coverage.
• Proven track record of managing managers and leading distributed, target‑carrying advisory operations.
• Deep expertise navigating local financial regulatory architectures, distribution frameworks and client protection protocols.
• In‑depth knowledge of the French regulatory and distribution landscape, including AMF/ACPR frameworks and client suitability obligations.
