Senior HR Specialist (Hybrid, Frankfurt)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join a leading international law firm in Frankfurt. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, and offers the chance to shape people processes in a high‑performance, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Provide first‑line HR support, answering queries and escalating complex issues.
• Maintain compliance with German and Swiss employment legislation.
• Oversee HR systems and ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on benefits administration and enhancements.
• Manage relationships with HR vendors such as payroll providers, insurers, and pension administrators.
• Develop and update HR policies in line with local regulations and best practices.
• Champion health and safety initiatives across the offices.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in English and German.
• Proven experience in an end‑to‑end HR role within an international or multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of German (and preferably Swiss) employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
