Senior Mobile Engineer (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Senior Mobile Engineer at EVENTIM you will shape the future of our ticketing apps used by millions of fans worldwide. You will own end‑to‑end mobile development, drive cross‑platform architecture with Kotlin Multiplatform, and integrate generative AI tools into the software creation process.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve iOS and Android applications.
• Define and maintain the Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) architecture and shared code strategy.
• Make technical decisions that ensure code quality and long‑term maintainability.
• Leverage Gen AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and promote best engineering practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record shipping professional iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) apps used by tens of thousands of users.
• AI‑first mindset with experience using generative AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of mobile architectures and the full app lifecycle.
• Experience scaling, optimizing, and debugging cross‑platform applications.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions and onboard teammates to modern practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus.
