Specialist Global Security (m/f/d)

About the role

As a Specialist Global Security you will develop and continuously improve global physical security standards for Surventis and its sites. You will work closely with local, regional and global experts, support units in applying the standards and ensure compliance through audits and incident analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global physical security standards and related tools.
• Collaborate with experts across the organization to coordinate security‑related topics.
• Support business units in implementing and applying the standards.
• Conduct security analyses, prepare reports and manage incident reporting.
• Analyze and evaluate security incidents to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in security management, risk/crisis management or a comparable field.
• Several years of operational and project experience in security.
• Sound knowledge of physical security standards, especially for the chemical industry.
• Creative, motivated team player with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
• Fluent English and experience working with international teams; additional language is a plus.
