Store Supervisor (m/w/d)

About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in a dynamic environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will act as the essential link between products and customers while supporting and developing your team of Stylists.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPI’s and implementing profit opportunities.
• Implement individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance through reports and update management.
• Assist with store operations such as stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Provide exceptional 1‑to‑1 customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the brand and living its values.
• Strong customer service skills with experience efficiently managing a team.
• Proven track record of developing and growing team members.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in retail and a solid understanding of store operations.
