About the role

As the Graphic Design Lead at Clariness, you will inspire and manage a team of designers creating visual assets for multiple clinical studies. The role blends hands‑on design work with leadership, ensuring high‑quality communication across digital, print, and video channels while complying with regulated industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Graphic Design team across several clinical projects.
• Contribute directly to design work, developing visual identities and assets for print, digital, and video.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end design workflow, optimizing assets for CMS publishing.
• Translate creative direction into clear briefs and ensure consistent execution.
• Plan and prioritize workloads with designers and freelancers in partnership with the Head of Creative Operations.
• Review and approve outputs to guarantee quality, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Continuously improve design templates, workflows, and processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and video design work.
• Understanding of structuring visual assets for CMS‑driven environments.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry is a plus.
• Proven leadership or coordination experience with designers and freelancers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Solution‑oriented mindset focused on quality and efficiency.
