About the role
We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Account Manager to join our fast‑growing cloud and managed services business in Munich. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, help them maximise the value of their cloud investments, and work closely with technical teams to deliver value‑led solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across cloud and managed services.
- Support customers with their cloud strategy and long‑term business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
- Lead account reviews, commercial discussions, and renewal conversations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems.
- Act as the primary commercial contact for your customers.
Required profile
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or IT sales.
- Background in cloud, managed services, SaaS, IT services, or technology environments.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach.
- Experience managing mid‑market or enterprise customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Required skills
- AWS or other public cloud technologies.
- DevOps concepts.
- Cloud migration processes.
- Managed services offerings.
