About the role

We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Account Manager to join our fast‑growing cloud and managed services business in Munich. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, help them maximise the value of their cloud investments, and work closely with technical teams to deliver value‑led solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across cloud and managed services.
  • Support customers with their cloud strategy and long‑term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
  • Lead account reviews, commercial discussions, and renewal conversations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM systems.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for your customers.

Required profile

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or IT sales.
  • Background in cloud, managed services, SaaS, IT services, or technology environments.
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience managing mid‑market or enterprise customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

  • DevOps concepts.
  • Cloud migration processes.
  • Managed services offerings.
