Assistant Store Manager – Berlin

About the role

As the Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, act as a brand ambassador for MR MARVIS, and help drive commercial performance in our Berlin location. You will step in for the Store Manager when needed and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Co‑manage staff scheduling, productivity planning, and on‑floor team motivation.
• Deliver daily training sessions and support ongoing development of team members.
• Work with the Store Manager to meet commercial targets and monitor key performance indicators.
• Assist with inventory management, administrative tasks, and the organization of in‑store events.
• Act as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager’s absence.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience.
• Enthusiastic about the MR MARVIS brand and able to represent it confidently.
• Flexible, strong personality with the ability to co‑lead, motivate, train, and develop a team.
• Customer‑ and service‑oriented with excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Tech‑savvy, comfortable working with a laptop and handling KPI‑based performance tracking.
• Available 36‑40 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
