Graduate Account Manager – Joybuy Marketplace

About the role

As a Graduate Account Manager you will be the engine behind expanding the Joybuy cross‑border marketplace in Europe. You will identify, pitch and onboard high‑value brands, helping them navigate the complexities of international e‑commerce while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach, market mapping and business development to acquire new merchants for Joybuy.
• Deliver compelling pitches, negotiate terms and address objections related to logistics, compliance and platform costs.
• Analyse merchant data, traffic performance and market trends (CTR, CVR) to refine onboarding strategies.
• Provide cross‑border consulting, advising European sellers on supply‑chain mechanics, global compliance and digital store operations.
• Own commercial KPIs such as outreach volume, engagement quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or graduating in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Native‑level proficiency in the local market language and fluent professional English.
• Logical communicator able to break down complex business problems.
• Commercially minded, resilient and comfortable with rejection as data.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce marketplaces through research or prior experience.
• Quick learner who can master changing platform rules and cross‑border regulations.
