BI Analyst – Munich (Hybrid)

About the role

We are a growing MedTech company seeking a BI Analyst to join our small, collaborative data team in Munich. You will work closely with data engineering, data science, IT and business stakeholders to enhance BI capabilities and make data more accessible across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic data models.
• Translate business requirements into practical data solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of existing BI solutions and progressively bring more capabilities in‑house.
• Support data, digitalisation and analytics projects across the wider organisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an analytics focus, Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• 1‑3 years of experience in BI, analytics, consulting, start‑ups or an in‑house environment.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI or comparable BI tools, solid understanding of SQL and data modelling.
• Analytical, structured and hands‑on approach with strong communication skills and fluent German; Azure experience is a plus.
