About the role
Join AVEA at the launch of its supplement brand across the German‑speaking pharmacy market. You will be the first point of contact for pharmacies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, opening doors, building relationships and establishing a lasting shelf presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new pharmacy accounts through proactive outreach and regular on‑site visits.
- Negotiate listings, commercial terms and secondary placements such as counter displays and shelf cards.
- Conduct training sessions for pharmacy technicians to ensure compliant recommendation of AVEA supplements.
- Represent AVEA at Expopharm Düsseldorf and regional pharmacy events, managing the booth and capturing leads.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and customer data in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitor activity, gather regional market insights and feed them back to product and marketing teams.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of B2B field sales or business development experience in pharmacy, OTC, pharma or premium consumer goods.
- Proven track record of selling into German pharmacies and launching new brands in this channel.
- Regulatory literacy in supplements and pharmacy compliance (or ability to acquire it quickly).
- Native‑level German and professional‑level English.
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
Required skills
- CRM usage for pipeline and data management.
