Coordinator - Core Account Services

About the role

We are looking for a Coordinator for Core Account Services to join our Berlin office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for B2B partners, handling inquiries, order processing and claims while delivering the premium service expected from a leading sportswear brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to B2B customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate information.
• Manage order lifecycle from entry in Salesforce CRM to execution in Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring correct invoicing and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external dealers to resolve issues and guarantee on‑time, complete shipments.
• Document and track all interactions in the CRM system with high attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within B2B environments.
• Fluent in English and German, with additional proficiency in French, Spanish or another European language (C1/C2) a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, able to work independently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP).
