Business Development Specialist – Aesthetics & Medical Wellness

About the role
Baldan Group, a European leader in beauty, pharmaceuticals and medical aesthetics, is expanding its presence in the German market. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Specialist to drive new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients in the aesthetics and medical wellness sector.
Key responsibilities
- Expand and manage a portfolio of clients through active account management.
- Promote and sell aesthetic devices and consumables.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and on‑site or online demonstrations.
- Support clients’ business growth, including treatment menu optimisation, events and commercial strategies.
- Train and educate clients on product usage, protocols and profitability strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams for installations, onboarding and training.
- Ensure timely responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, medical devices or wellness.
- Proven experience working with medical clinics, aesthetic centres, dermatologists, dentists or med‑spas.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel within the region (valid driver’s licence required).
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Force Manager, Mapsly or similar).
