Enterprise Sales Manager – French Speaking (Remote, Germany)

About the role

The company is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager who is fluent in French to drive growth of large retail merchants in the Benelux region. Based remotely in Germany, the role involves strategic enterprise selling, complex solution delivery and senior stakeholder engagement across Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business across the Belgian market and expand the enterprise retail footprint.
• Manage full, complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level and senior decision‑makers.
• Develop and maintain a personal sales pipeline and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partnership units to deliver solutions.
• Represent the organisation within the local market and industry networks.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, payments, FinTech or complex financial‑services solutions.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets and a hunter mindset.
• Experience handling long, complex sales cycles and influencing C‑suite stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with strategic sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN or Challenger (advantageous).
• Knowledge of the Belgian payments landscape or enterprise retail market is a plus.
• Additional European languages are beneficial.
