Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Frankfurt. You will help expand Soundbox’s presence in the construction, commercial interiors and home‑furnishing markets by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored acoustic and space‑solution products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to propose customized solutions.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Build and nurture relationships with distributors, designers, contractors and end‑clients.
• Support project‑based opportunities, including quoting, coordination and follow‑through to completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction engineering, interior design, architecture, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction, commercial interiors, furniture, architectural products or building materials.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and adaptability.
• Experience in key account management or project‑based selling is a plus.
