About the role
The Commercial Strategic Initiatives Program Owner will lead RIB’s global commercial transformation, focusing on eCommerce, AI‑driven automation and sales process excellence. This role bridges technology, enablement and execution to deliver measurable impact on seller efficiency, customer engagement and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and launch RIB’s enterprise‑grade commercial eCommerce program, shaping vision, operating model and phased rollout in partnership with Product, IT and Commercial leadership.
- Identify, design and lead AI‑driven use cases that improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and seller efficiency, working with the AI program lead, Data Analytics, CRM and Operations teams.
- Own and continuously evolve the global sales process framework, ensuring alignment across stages, methodologies and CRM workflows, and drive ongoing optimisation to reduce friction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to operationalise AI within Salesforce and supporting systems, pilot emerging technologies such as predictive analytics, agent automation and content recommendation engines.
- Establish success metrics, governance models and reporting to monitor adoption and impact of automation and digital initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in SaaS sales processes and commercial program management.
- Strong change‑leadership and program‑management capabilities with a track record of delivering large‑scale transformation.
- Passion for leveraging data, AI and emerging technologies to simplify and scale selling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across product, IT and commercial functions.
