Construction Site Logistics Manager – Frankfurt

About the role

The Construction Site Logistics Manager will oversee the complete logistics supply chain for large construction projects in Frankfurt. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure the efficient movement of people, goods, and equipment while maintaining site safety and security.

Key responsibilities

• Plan site set‑up, including hoarding, gates, accommodation, cranes, hoists, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste management.
• Design internal and external logistics routes, define off‑loading points and separate vehicle, machinery and pedestrian traffic.
• Manage traffic, weighbridges and road network cleanliness, and enforce delivery management procedures.
• Coordinate site accommodation installation, operational procedures, method statements and induction records.
• Schedule logistics meetings and represent logistics at site meetings.
• Select and implement delivery management techniques and systems.
• Maintain asset registers, specify plant and equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
• Oversee hoist and crane booking systems and maximise vehicle load capacity.

Required profile

• 3rd level qualification in engineering or construction (desirable).
• Proven experience in a similar logistics or site management role.
• First‑aid trained.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
