Content Manager – French e‑commerce (France/Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Manager to drive the French‑language e‑commerce experience for our online shops in France and Belgium. You will create compelling copy, manage product information and collaborate with SEO, UX and business teams to continuously improve the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit French product descriptions, landing pages and marketing copy, ensuring SEO best practices.
• Maintain and update all website content for the French shops, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Transform technical product data into clear, attractive information for customers.
• Research industry topics (windows, doors, construction, renovation) and develop content concepts and strategies.
• Support international content colleagues and work closely with SEO and UX designers to create effective communication solutions.

Required profile

• Completed studies in marketing, linguistics, communication or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in online editing, content management or copywriting.
• Native‑level French (C2) and very good English; German is a plus.
• Strong understanding of target‑group specific online language and excellent spelling.
• Independent, structured work style and a communicative, open‑minded personality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content management systems, preferably TYPO3.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
