Regional Marketing Specialist – EMEA (French/German)

About the role

Poka is looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to drive multi‑channel campaigns across key European markets. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and digital teams to create messaging that resonates with target segments and fuels pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise coordinated campaigns across email, paid social, search, webinars, events and nurture workflows.
• Build targeted campaigns for ICP segments in the UK&I, DACH, France and other regions.
• Support Account‑Based Marketing by designing tailored programs for priority accounts.
• Manage multi‑language campaigns (English, German, French) ensuring regional alignment.
• Partner with local sales to align marketing activity with the EMEA sales strategy.
• Support planning and execution of field events and regional activations.
• Analyse results, identify optimisation opportunities and report performance.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience executing B2B SaaS or technology marketing campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑channel digital campaigns that impact funnel and pipeline metrics.
• Experience planning and coordinating both digital and in‑person events.
• Familiarity with ABM approaches and tools.
• Ability to manage campaigns in multiple languages.
