Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Creative Strategist to lead high‑converting creative strategies for paid acquisition campaigns. Working remotely in a fast‑paced environment, you will collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, designers, and editors to continuously improve campaign performance across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead performance creative strategy for paid acquisition, focusing on Meta platforms.
• Develop compelling hooks, messaging angles, ad concepts, and creative frameworks to maximize conversions.
• Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPA, CVR, and ROAS to identify winning strategies.
• Build and manage structured creative testing roadmaps for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce and iterate high‑performing ad creatives.
• Evaluate campaign results, extract actionable insights, and scale top‑performing approaches.
• Experiment with new concepts, messaging strategies, and testing methodologies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in performance creative strategy, direct‑response marketing, or conversion‑focused copywriting.
• Strong background in paid media, especially Meta advertising; experience with TikTok or YouTube is a plus.
• Proven track record creating high‑converting ad creatives for DTC/B2C brands.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced setting with strong accountability.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work within European working hours (GMT).
• Experience in supplements, wellness, health, or nutrition is a strong advantage.
