Social Media Manager – Organic Growth for Wellness Brand

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to build and scale an organic social presence for a fast‑growing consumer wellness brand in Germany. You will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and community channels, turning content into a powerful engine for engagement, education and community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and community platforms.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Publish, schedule and optimize content to ensure consistency, timing and performance.
• Build and nurture an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages and interactions.
• Collaborate with founders, creative teams, influencers and UGC creators to produce compelling social content.
• Repurpose high‑performing paid content into organic formats.
• Track and analyze metrics such as engagement, follower growth, retention and virality.
• Identify emerging trends and viral opportunities to continuously improve performance.
• Support live events, brand activations and content capture when needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing social media for DTC, e‑commerce or consumer‑facing brands.
• Strong background in women’s wellness, health, beauty, supplements or lifestyle industries (highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of organic content performance on TikTok, Instagram and Meta platforms.
• Proven ability to create engaging content based on audience psychology and platform behavior.
• Experience managing online communities and driving engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple content streams and deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, founder‑led, iterative environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with creative, marketing and influencer teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable impact.
