About the role
Nordnet is launching its digital savings and investment platform in Germany and needs enthusiastic customer‑service professionals to join the inaugural team. You will be the first point of contact for German users, helping them navigate the platform and empowering them to take control of their financial future.
Key responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support to German‑speaking customers.
- Guide users through investment, savings and account‑related queries.
- Promote the effective use of Nordnet’s tools and features.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product, marketing and operations teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and KPI tracking.
Required profile
- Fluent German with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in finance, banking or fintech.
- Degree in finance, economics or a related field is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
