Data Engineer/Analyst – Integration (German Market)

About the role

As a Data Engineer/Analyst in the Integration team, you will drive the migration of client data from legacy business software to Padoa’s SaaS platform. The focus is on precise SQL‑based transformation, applying business logic and ensuring high‑quality data for the German health‑tech market.

Key responsibilities

• Map and transform legacy database structures into Padoa‑compatible SQL for seamless data injection.
• Translate business requirements (leads, pricing, practitioner data) into technical transformation rules.
• Clean and standardise incoming data to guarantee performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with a bi‑national team to support the transition to full autonomy for the German market by 2027.

Required profile

• 1.5–3 years of experience in a data‑centric role such as Data Engineer, Analyst or Solution Architect.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn the specifics of the German HealthTech sector.
• Fluent German; good command of English or French.

Required skills

• SQL (mandatory proficiency).
