IT Strategy & Transformation Consultant

About the role

As an IT Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will partner with national and international clients—primarily CIOs and CTOs—to shape and execute digital transformation journeys. You will work alongside experienced colleagues to translate strategic vision into concrete IT road‑maps and operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client environments and define IT strategies, target operating models, and enterprise architectures.
• Support the implementation of these strategies across multiple management levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and innovative ideas to drive client success.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a related STEM field with a business focus.
• Practical experience in management or strategy consulting gained through demanding internships.
• Strong interest in IT and digitalisation, continuous learning mindset, and ambition to grow.
• Business‑fluent in German and English and willingness to travel for projects.
