Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English Customer Success Manager to join a leading SaaS provider serving the M&A market in financial institutions. The role focuses on retaining existing clients in the DACH region, driving upsell opportunities, and ensuring repeat business through proactive support and consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full customer lifecycle from pre‑sale demos and kick‑off calls to project delivery and closure.
• Conduct client workshops, pilot programs, and training sessions to maximise adoption of AI‑enabled features.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly, coordinating with internal stakeholders to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales to expand the portfolio of services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Customer Success or Customer Service within a SaaS or AI technology environment.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Team player capable of delegating, escalating, and handing over work as needed.
