Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (Digital & Brand) to join a fast‑growing climate‑tech company focused on reducing global CO₂ emissions through innovative wastewater treatment technology. This hands‑on position blends digital performance marketing, brand building, and content creation in a high‑impact startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and continuously optimise the company website with an SEO focus.
• Plan, launch and report on Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage LinkedIn and YouTube channels, including content creation and community engagement.
• Produce video content for campaigns, events and digital communications.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Organise trade fairs and marketing events from concept to execution.
• Run webinars and support email/newsletter marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital, content or brand marketing.
• Strong SEO knowledge and hands‑on experience with a CMS (WordPress or Webflow).
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
• Nice‑to‑have experience in video editing/production, webinars, trade fairs, and a background in startups or climate‑tech.
