About the role

Join Wolt’s Global Ads Operations team in Berlin as an Ads Operations Intern. You will gain hands‑on experience in setting up, monitoring, and analysing advertising and promotional campaigns on a fast‑growing tech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Help set up and manage advertising campaigns on the Wolt platform.
• Support the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends and extract actionable insights.
• Work with data to understand what’s working and what isn’t.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to support partner needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, Data) and need to complete an internship.
• Curious about digital advertising, technology, and business growth.
• Enjoy working with data and comfortable with numbers.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to ask questions.
• Can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in German and English.
