Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on campaign execution and data‑driven optimisation across B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and other B2B platforms.
• Manage and grow content channels including social media, blog, newsletter and webinars.
• Contribute to annual marketing strategy with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales, using performance data to set priorities.
• Explore new tools, channels and formats, continuously testing and iterating.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure in Salesforce and create dashboards with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
• Align European digital activities with HQ search strategy and support local organic visibility.
• Collaborate with EMEA partners on region‑specific campaigns.
• Support trade‑show and event marketing through pre‑ and post‑event digital activities.
• Produce digital‑first visual assets for campaigns, social media and email within brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Excellent written English with the ability to create professional content independently.
• Proven track record managing social media, blogs, newsletters and webinars.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including lead management and reporting.
• Detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude suitable for a lean, autonomous team.
• Basic graphic design skills to produce campaign visuals and social media assets.
