F&B Service Expert – In‑Room Dining

About the role

Join the renowned Ritz‑Carlton Berlin as an F&B Service Expert delivering in‑room dining experiences. You will ensure each guest’s meal is served with the luxury and attention to detail that defines our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables for in‑room dining service.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
• Serve guests courteously, addressing any special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and service supplies.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies throughout the shift.
• Uphold uniform standards and professional appearance.
• Handle menu information, verify items, and ensure correct billing.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and reach overhead or below the knees.
