About the role

Join the renowned Ritz‑Carlton Berlin as an F&B Service Expert delivering in‑room dining experiences. You will ensure each guest’s meal is served with the luxury and attention to detail that defines our brand.

Key responsibilities

Set up and arrange tables for in‑room dining service.
Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
Serve guests courteously, addressing any special requests.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and service supplies.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies throughout the shift.
Uphold uniform standards and professional appearance.
Handle menu information, verify items, and ensure correct billing.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods on varied surfaces.
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and reach overhead or below the knees.
