Fleet Coordinator for Tesla Semi (Munich)

About the role

Tesla is looking for a proactive Fleet Coordinator to support the Semi program in Munich. You will manage a fleet of demonstration vehicles, coordinate short‑term customer pilots, test‑drive events, and pre‑delivery training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate demonstration vehicles to ensure availability for pilots and events.
• Coordinate transportation of vehicles and temporary chargers with internal and external stakeholders.
• Procure DOT decals and complete required paperwork to keep vehicles road‑legal.
• Lead full‑day safety and operation training sessions for drivers before vehicle hand‑over.
• Maintain communication channels with service teams to support customer operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in fleet management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑starter capable of handling multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Ability to work in a complex, fluid, and demanding setting.

Required skills
