B2B Business Travel Consultant (GDS)

About the role

An international TravelTech company is seeking an experienced B2B Business Travel Consultant to support corporate travellers. The role blends customer support, complex itinerary management, and operational coordination within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality travel assistance via phone, email and chat.
• Book and manage hotels, flights, rail and car rentals using GDS platforms.
• Handle complex itineraries, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management.
• Support customers with self‑service digital platforms and mobile applications.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, operational procedures and global regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain SLA targets, quality standards and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent German and good English (B2 level or higher).
• Previous experience in business or corporate travel.
• Hands‑on experience with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
• Strong understanding of ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management.
• Knowledge of ARC, BSP, negotiated fares and routing.
• Availability for rotating shifts between 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM, Monday‑Friday.
