Operational Excellence Manager – Last Mile

About the role

Rohlík Group’s Operational Excellence team is looking for a manager to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across its Last Mile delivery network. You will design and deliver a 3‑to‑6‑month roadmap, embed group standards and drive sustainable gains in delivery efficiency, cost per order and on‑time performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Last Mile improvement roadmap and ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
• Define problems, build business cases, run pilots, measure impact and scale successful solutions across sites.
• Coach and influence teams on best practices in loading, routing and delivery.
• Partner with central development, performance management and local site teams to coordinate projects.
• Document processes using value‑stream mapping and process maps.

Required profile

• 5+ years of operational experience leading projects or programs in Last Mile retail.
• Strong leadership and coaching capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical thinker able to define metrics, interpret data and separate cause from correlation.
• Project‑management experience and willingness to travel 2‑3 days per week across sites.

Required skills

• Six Sigma methodology.
• Project Management certification or experience.
