Solutions Manager – Customer‑centric Robotics Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to develop customer‑centric solutions for our robotics and intralogistics technology, translating technical requirements into practical applications for warehouses and factories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored solution concepts based on analysis of customer requirements.
• Coordinate and implement projects together with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Translate technical specifications into practical, customer‑oriented solutions.
• Identify market potentials and trends to drive innovation.
• Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support to ensure long‑term customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in intralogistics, logistics consulting or fulfillment operations.
• Strong organizational and self‑management abilities; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time across Europe.

Required skills

• Technical understanding of intralogistics technologies, systems and tools.
• Experience with layout creation, CAD tools or intralogistics simulation software.
