Founder & CEO for Maritime Defence Technology Startup

About the role

We are assembling a founding team to launch a maritime defence technology company focused on AI‑driven subsea systems. As Founder & CEO you will shape the vision, build the team, and lead the venture from day zero to market entry.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and overall company vision.
• Lead customer discovery, engagement, and early market validation.
• Set technical direction and oversee prototype development.
• Recruit and manage the founding team.
• Drive fundraising, company formation, and go‑to‑market planning.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and lead a technology‑focused company.
• Strong technical instincts and curiosity about complex maritime and subsea systems.
• Experience recruiting high‑performing teams and making decisions under uncertainty.
• Motivation to create enduring products for defence and security markets.
