French Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Fixed Term (till Jan 2027)

About the role
Join the seasonal Customer Service Advisor team and support LEGO fans worldwide during the peak season. This fixed‑term position runs from September 2026 until 31 January 2027 and offers a hybrid work model with up to three days remote per week.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to consumer inquiries in English and French via phone and email.
- Handle order, return, digital app, LEGO electronics, brand information, product quality and feedback queries.
- Build positive, engaging relationships with customers.
- Diagnose and resolve brick‑related issues using internal tools and IT resources.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including Saturdays.
Required profile
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Calm under pressure, energetic and compassionate.
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (minimum two days onsite) and flexible shift patterns.
Required skills
- Solid IT troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience with customer‑service platforms or CRM systems.
