About the role
We are seeking a Full Cycle Account Executive to launch and grow our AI‑driven B2B SaaS platform in the French market. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, working closely with a fast‑growing Berlin‑based startup.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end sales activities in France, including prospecting, demos, negotiations and deal closure.
- Develop and test scalable sales playbooks and multi‑channel outreach tactics.
- Refine messaging and optimize conversion rates based on data and field insights.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, delivering a value‑driven customer journey.
Required profile
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales or a fast‑paced tech startup.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for execution.
- Strong analytical thinking to improve sales funnels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; C2 level French and fluent English required.
- German language skills are a plus.
