Sales Development Representative (French-speaking)

About the role
We are seeking an outgoing, self‑motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Berlin team. In this role you will research potential clients, connect with French‑speaking prospects, educate them about our solutions and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Use consultative phone techniques to engage prospects, listen actively and overcome objections.
- Research, document and maintain contact information for existing and new leads in Salesforce.
- Log all activities in Salesforce, ensuring opportunities are accurately forecasted and communicated.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy while representing the company.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the sales team.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Energetic self‑starter who thrives in an international environment.
- Proven track record of meeting outbound call targets or call‑time goals.
- Organised, detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up abilities.
- Comfortable with technology and able to multitask across several tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
